The Local Authority Star Rating System (SPB-PBT) is a system that evaluates the level of PBT service delivery throughout the country through a uniform grading method. Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) managed to obtain and maintain a five (5) Star rating with a score of 97.49% in the evaluation held on 28 June 2022. The excellent performance obtained includes all the main criteria of SPB-PBT, namely Management, Services - Core Services, Customer Management and Community Participation and Resident Development. In addition to that, MBIP has also been awarded as the Best City Local Government under the Core Services category.
