Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) has received the PERAK Award in conjunction with the Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption Award Ceremony (AIGA) 2022 which was officiated by the Honorable Dato' Sri Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia. (AIGA) 2022 is one of the initiatives of the Integrity Institute of Malaysia (IIM) in an effort to apply and empower integrity and good governance especially in public and private organizations as recognition and appreciation for the commitment in cultivating and practicing integrity in the organization. AIGA is also one of the new approaches introduced by the Integrity Institute of Malaysia (IIM) in an effort to strengthen its role as the main leader in the cultivation and application of integrity and governance values for Malaysians. This award also gives recognition and appreciation to the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) in manifesting a more efficient culture of integrity, governance and anti-corruption practices in addition to showing the ability, capability, commitment and seriousness of the MBIP in the implementation of the risk management control system and corruption prevention.
