The Iskandar Puteri portal 'zero delay' complaint management system aka SISPAA dashboard of the Iskandar Puteri City Council has been recognized at ESRI. On 25 May 2022, at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel, the Honorable Dato' Haji Haffiz bin Haji Ahmad, Mayor of Iskandar Puteri City Council received the MALAYSIA GEOINNOVATION AWARDS 2021 2ND TIME.

The Iskandar Puteri City Council has started digitizing the council's dataset through GIS technology which has been widely used since 2003 because the council believes that services to the people need to be channeled to cover domestic and rural areas.

MBIP has proven its credibility once again when it successfully won the GeoInnovation Award at the national level. The project known as the SISPAA Dashboard - Public Complaints Management System is a joint venture project with IRDA and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Developmeny Office UK. This project has extended the use of complaint data recorded in the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA) developed by the Public Complaints Bureau, Prime Minister's Department.
