OBJECTIVE

Functioning as a Partner to Local Authority Management in an Effort to Create Excellent, Glorious and Distinguished Governance Towards Improving Quality and Productivity.

PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHMENT

• Obtaining and maintaining a fair and appropriate salary measure, work safety, reasonable working hours and conditions and providing advice and assistance on these matters.
• Organize assistance and welfare schemes for members.
• Organize courses, seminars and dialogues.
• Improve efficiency and discipline among members.
• Develop awareness among members about duty awareness that overcomes social obstacles.
• Regulate the relationship between the employer and the employee.

DIRECTION

• Implement a Quality, Efficient and Effective Management and Administration System.
• Planning And Implementing Continuous Education And Learning Programs.
• Carrying out efforts to increase the number of branches/areas and increase the number of union members.
• Empowering Smart Partner Relationships.
• Coordinating And Maintaining Member Service Cases More Effectively.
• Increasing Union Funding Resources Including Spending Prudently.
• Maintaining And Improving Welfare Products For Members.

INVOLVEMENT OF ANULAE OFFICERS/MEMBERS IN AFFILIATED UNIONS

• Majlis Bersama Kebangsaan bagi pekerja-pekerja Sains dan Teknologi dalam kumpulan Sokongan (MBK S&T).
• Majlis Bersama Kebangsaan bagi pekerja-pekerja Am dalam kumpulan Sokongan (MBK AM).
• Kongres Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja Di Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (CUEPACS).

VISION AGENDA

• Establishment of Liaison Committees at the State level.
• Establishment of the State Joint Council (MBN) consultation forum.
• Establishment of a Joint Council of Departments-KPKT with ANULAE Peninsular Malaysia.
• Establishment of Local Authority Service Commission.
• Organization of the Convention of Local Authority Employees.
• Defend and maintain the superiority of ANULAE as a recognized Trade Union for Local Authority employees.

JOINT COALITION CUEPACS/CONSULTATION FORUM

ANULAE has joined forces with CUEPACS to jointly address the problems and service issues of Union members in particular and public sector workers in general. Some of the issues and problems of public sector members and workers have been brought to consultation forums such as:-

• Majlis Bersama Kebangsaan (MBK).
• Majlis Bersama Jabatan (MBJ) (3 bulan sekali).
• Persidangan Perwakilan Tri- Tahunan.
• Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Kerja.
• Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Agung (EXCO)) (3 bulan sekali).
• Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Cawangan (3 bulan sekali).
• Mesyuarat Perunding Perbandaran dan Majlis Daerah.
