INTRODUCTION
The Amalgamated Nation Union of Local Authorities Employees (ANULAE) or the National Union of Local Authorities Employees is a leading Trade Union in Local Authorities that was established on 1st. April 1963 with No. Registration 342. ANULAE joined with more than 100 Public Sector Trade Unions to form the Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public Service (CUEPACS). The Union of Employees in the Public Service (CUEPACS) was established on 23rd. October 1957. The purpose of CUEPACS was established, among other things, to improve working conditions such as recruitment, working hours, promotion, discipline, salaries, allowances and other retirement benefits of members.
