The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) is actively implementing the Property Tax Form E (NBE) Notice Submission Operation for all holdings that have property tax arrears. In this operation, Notice Form E (NBE), Section 148, Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171) will be handed over to property owners who fail to clear property tax arrears within the stipulated period.

In relation to that, property owners are advised to review and pay property tax to avoid legal action being taken. Checks and payments can be made on the MBIP property tax portal page (https://mycukai.mbip.gov.my/).
