VEHICLE TOWING OPERATION BY ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT
AROUND TAMAN UNGKU TUN AMINAH
A vehicle towing operation was carried out by the Towing Unit of the Enforcement Department of the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) following a complaint received.
A total of eight vehicles have been subject to immediate towing action for the offense of parking vehicles on foot and also obstructing traffic in public places.
Actions have been taken under Section 46(1)(a) and Section 46(1)(g) of Act 133 of the Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974 and Section 48(1) of Act 333 of the Road Transport Act 1987.
All the vehicles were also taken to MBIP Taman Damai Jaya Vehicle Storage Depot. Actions like this will continue from time to time.
