The Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) in collaboration with the Department of Local Government, Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) held the Iskandar Puteri Fast Lane (IPFL) Launching Ceremony and a Briefing on the New Initiative Implementation for the OSC 3.0 Plus Development Plan Approval’s Process and Procedure for the South Zone.

Yang Berbahagia Dato' Mohd Fadzli bin Mohd Kenali, Director General of the Local Government Department, KPKT together with Yang Berhormat Dato' Haji Mohd Haffiz bin Haji Ahmad, Mayor of MBIP completed the ceremony which was attended by more than 300 participants consisting of Members Council, Heads of State Departments, Agencies and Local Authorities as well as developers / Principal Submitting Person (PSP) / Submitting Person (SP) from the States of Johor, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.

This program is held with the aim of widely spreading the implementation of the Iskandar Puteri Fast Lane (IPFL) initiative that is already implemented in MBIP as well as new initiatives introduced by the Local Government Department, KPKT to improve the smoothness of business affairs (Ease of Doing Business) at the Local Authority level.

MBIP welcomes the efforts and proposed implementation of this new initiative considering that each of these improvements will certainly have a positive impact on MBIP itself in addition to attracting investors to further develop existing businesses in the MBIP area in particular and in the State of Johor in general.
