The Hawker Division of the Licensing Department in collaboration with the Finance Department and the Property Valuation and Management Department of the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) together with Mr. Fakhrul Zafran Bin Absl Kamarul Azman, Member of the University Park Zone Council, held a field trip program LET'S PAY THE HAWKER'S LICENSE at the Taman Universiti Public Market with the aim of providing reminders & facilities to traders to make hawker license payments.

A Mobile Counter has also been set up at the location of the public market to provide facilities for market traders to continue paying their respective license arrears as well as checking license status and license arrears.

The commitment of the traders is very encouraging and this program will be held continuously from time to time in selected locations.
