An integrated site visit by the Honorable Dato' Haji Mohd Haffiz bin Haji Ahmad, the Mayor together with the directors of the technical department of the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) was conducted at 4 development locations such as housing, schools, data centers and factories, which was also attended by PSP and Developer representatives.

Various main issues of roads and drainage, parking, garden lights, landscaping and other facilities were emphasized in the visit which involved the location of the proposed development of the Phase 4A Housing Park in Bandar Uda Utama by Uda Utama (South) Sdn. Bhd., the proposed location of SJK (C) Poay Chai Development in Taman Bukit Indah by the Malaysian Ministry of Education, the proposed location of Data Center Development in SiLC Industrial Area by Airtrunk Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and the location of the proposed construction of a Medium Industrial Factory by Pentagon Land Sdn. Bhd.
