DEMOLITION OF GARAGE CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURES IN THE AREA OF BLOCKS 50 AND 52 FLATS, TAMAN UNGKU TUN AMINAH.

The MBIP has assisted the Management Corporation (MC) to carry out the Operation to Demolish the Construction of Garage Structures and Cleaning Works at the location of Blocks 50 and 52, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah together with MBIP Councilors of the Tun Aminah Zone; Mrs. Chuah Lee Hui, Building Commissioner Unit (COB), Engineering Department and MBIP Enforcement Department.

Through the investigation that has been carried out, there are still some garage structures at the location of the complaint that still do not comply with the public obstruction notice that has been issued by the Management Corporation (MC) and also the Local Authority.

Garage structures have been built by residents in restricted areas involving common property areas. The building structure has also blocked the path to the IWK entrance as well as preventing the maintenance of the IWK pool.

MBIP would like to advise all owners/buyers of strata plots not to make any construction without permission that violates the Laws contained in the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) and the Bylaws, Strata Management Regulations 2015 (Management & Maintenance).
