PLOGGING AND PROGRAME JALAN ANGKAT (PJA) IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE JOHOR BERSIH CAMPAIGN AT THE ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL (MBIP) LEVEL
Plogging and Jalan Angkat (PJA) activities still continue on 14 July 2024 (Sunday) at Apartment Kekwa. The program was attended by Zone 20 Councillors: Mrs. Chuah Lee Hui, MBIP, SWCorp, SWM Environment staff as well as local residents involving a total of 31 participants to carry out the activity.
A total of 13 kg of garbage was successfully collected and cleaned during this activity.
The apartment area used to be one of the hotspots for dengue cases. Now, the efforts that have been carried out by MBIP at Apartment Kekwa show little results in reducing the garbage collected and the area looks cleaner.
MBIP calls on the residents of Iskandar Puteri to continue to strive to ensure that the local area is clean. Thank you for your cooperation and concern.
