EVALUATION OF THE LOCAL AUTHORITY STAR RATING SYSTEM (SPB-PBT) 2024
The Local Authority Star Rating System Evaluation Session (SPB-PBT) by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) was conducted at the MBIP Main Hall, Bandar Medini.
The SPB-PBT assessment which includes 4 main criteria and 17 sub-criteria was carried out by the KPKT inspectorate team of 7 people led by Puan Nur Halimah binti Mohd Yusoff, Director of the Inspectorate Division of the KPKT Local Government Department.
This SPB-PBT assessment includes aspects of Management, Core Services, Customer Management, and Community Participation and Resident Views.
