Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) has received a working visit from the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) which aims to gain knowledge sharing related to the Implementation of Low Carbon Initiatives, Safe Cities and Smart Cities by MBIP.

The MPHS delegation led by Yang Berusaha Tuan Awaluddin bin Zakaria, Deputy Chairman of MPHS was welcomed by Encik Ahmad Zakwan bin Abdul Hamid, Assistant Director of Public Relations of MBIP together with MBIP Officers.

The visiting delegation was also taken to visit the Sireh Park Compost Site, Iskandar Puteri as well as the Sunway Grid Recycling Center and Sunway Boulevard 88 Recycling Drive-Through at Sunway City Iskandar Puteri which is one of the Iskandar Puteri Low Carbon Community Grant projects, and also the Tactical Strategic Center as one of MBIP's Smart & Safe City initiatives

It is hoped that this knowledge sharing session can be a useful source of information in empowering the management of Local Authorities.
