Following a courtesy visit to the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) regarding the discussion of the proposed creation of a Johor State Detention House, a site visit session was held to identify suitable locations and areas in the Iskandar Puteri area with the Johor State Prisons Department.

The visit was led by Mr. Ruziman bin Rahmat, Assistant Director of Community Development MBIP together with PP Rahmat bin Abdullah, Head of Johor State Parole and Community Services Division and officers of the Johor State Prison Department. Also participating, Mr. Shahril Izwan bin Abdullah, Assistant Director of Community Development MBIP; Mr. Mohamad Ridhwan Bin Md Zin, Pen. Peg. Town & Country Planner, and Mr. Muhammad Muazzam Bin Musa, Pen. Peg. Evaluation as a representative of the department involved.

It is hoped that through this visit session to some extent, it will be able to provide input to the Johor State Prison Department to be presented to the Mayor for the Proposal for the Creation of a Johor State Prison House.
