Auditorium, Iskandar Puteri City Council

The Iskandar Puteri City Council through the Building Commissioner Unit (COB) organized a Strata Community Education and Empowerment Seminar which was attended by 250 representatives from the Joint Management Body (JMB), Management Corporation (MC), Management Agents and Developers from strata housing schemes that are in MBIP administrative area. This seminar was also attended by the Building Commissioner Unit (COB) of the Johor State Local Authority.

Among the topics presented through this seminar are (1) Enforcement Procedures and Maintenance Charge Claims, (2) JMB/MC Financial Management, (3) Strata Management Bylaws.

The Mayor, and Building Commissioner of Iskandar Puteri City Council, YB Dato' Haji Mohd Haffiz Bin Haji Ahmad was present to inaugurate this seminar which aims to achieve the goal of delivering information, sharing about strata management and improving the standard of living of strata communities in harmony.

Mohd Yusnaidi Bin Salleh, Evaluation Officer, Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) and PMgr. Mohd Razik Bin Haji Mohamed Shakif, Head of COB Unit, Kulai Municipal Council (MPKu) who has fulfilled the invitation as a speaker. Also present, Mrs. Eniza Binti Zainal Abidin, Director of the Building Commissioner; MBIP Council Members; Director and Officer from Iskandar Puteri City Council.
