OPERATION TO CLOSE DIRTY FOOD PREMISES

An integrated inspection of food premises by the MBIP Public Health Department and the Johor Bahru District Health Office (PKDJB) was carried out around Taman Skudai Baru today.
The results of the inspection found that a food premises was operating in an unclean condition, and had been subject to a closure order by PKDJB for 14 days under Section 11, Food Act 1983.
The MBIP and PKDJB are always committed to carrying out inspections of food premises to ensure that traders always comply with the acts and regulations set.
