TRAFFIC BARRIER TOWING OPERATIONS IN PUBLIC PLACES AND BARRIERS IN TOWING ZONES BY THE ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT

AROUND TAMAN UNGKU TUN AMINAH AND GELANG PATAH
A vehicle towing operation was carried out by the MBIP Enforcement Department in front of SJK (C) Kuo Kuang, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) and Jalan Kangkung, Gelang Patah.
A total of 08 vehicles have been subject to immediate towing action for the offense of parking vehicles on foot and creating traffic barriers in public places under Section 46(1)(a) and Section 46(1)(g) of Act 133 of the Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974 as well as Section 48 (1) Road Transport Act 1987.
All the vehicles were taken to Taman Damai Jaya Vehicle Storage Depot. Actions like this will continue from time to time.
