TRAFFIC BARRIER TOWING OPERATIONS IN PUBLIC PLACES AND BARRIERS IN TOWING ZONES BY THE ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT

AROUND TAMAN UNGKU TUN AMINAH, TAMAN MUTIARA RINI AND TAMAN UNIVERSITI
A vehicle towing operation was carried out by the MBIP Enforcement Department in front of SJK (C) Kuo Kuang, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA, Taman Universiti and Taman Mutiara Rini.
A total of 06 vehicles have been subject to immediate towing action for the offense of parking vehicles on foot and creating traffic barriers in public places as well as complaints under Act 133 of the Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974 and the Road Transport Act 1987.
All the vehicles were taken to Taman Damai Jaya Vehicle Storage Depot. Actions like this will continue from time to time.
