PUBLIC SERVICE REMUNERATION SYSTEM (SSPA) SERVICE CIRCULAR BRIEFING SESSION FOR MBIP EMPLOYEES
Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) held a Public Service Remuneration System Service Circular Briefing Session (SSPA) for all MBIP employees. This session takes place in two stages, namely on 27 October 2024 for SSM grade 11 officers, and on 30 October 2024 for all MBIP employees.
This briefing was delivered by Encik Azrullail bin Masijan, Director of MBIP Management Services with the aim of providing a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the new remuneration system.
As a symbol of commitment to this initiative, a SSPA option form signing ceremony was held on 4 November 2024 which was completed by the Honorable Dato’ Haji Mohd Haffiz bin Haji Ahmad, Mayor of MBIP, witnessed by YM Ungku Suzana binti Ungku Mohammad, Secretary of MBIP, as well as Mr. Azrullail bin Masijan.
With the implementation of this SSPA, MBIP hopes to further increase the motivation and well-being of employees in providing the best service to the community.
