PENANG CITY COUNCIL BENCHMARK VISIT TO ISKANDAR PUTERI CITY COUNCIL

Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) received a visit from the Penang City Council (MBPP) delegation led by Puan Janita Thomas Felix, Head of the Internal Audit Unit accompanied by Puan Nur Amira binti Tanwir as a representative from the MBPP Integrity Unit.
This Benchmark Visit aims to get comprehensive exposure to the staff through a presentation session by Puan Fadzilah binti A. Rahim, Director of the Internal Audit Unit and Tuan Haji Emrizal bin Abdul Rahman, Director of the MBIP Integrity Unit on the implementation process and the roles and responsibilities of the Internal Audit Unit and the Integrity Unit to strengthen understanding of the important role in improving efficiency and integrity.
It is hoped that the briefing session held to some extent can help MBPP in improving the quality of services for the development of effective public services.
