In conjunction with the Iskandar Puteri Carnival and MBIP City's 7th Anniversary Celebration, the Property Tax Lucky Draw Prize Presentation Ceremony took place on 24 November 2024, located at Dataran Iskandar Puteri, Iskandar Puteri. The ceremony was officiated by the Honorable Dato’ Haji Mohd Haffiz bin Haji Ahmad, Mayor of MBIP, accompanied by YM Ungku Suzana binti Ungku Mohammad starting at 10.00 am.

Congratulations to the main winner of the lucky draw who took home a Perodua Bezza 1.3 X worth RM50,000 which is Sim Song Yih ! Second place was won by Abdul Halim bin Abdul Raof who took home a BlueShark Electric Motorcycle worth RM15,000 while third place was won by Mr Md Ansari Bin Jamrah & Puan Radhiah binti Yusoff and who won a Zeus electric bicycle worth RM8,000.

This lucky draw involves approximately 92,520 thousand eligible individual holdings, and the draw session took place earlier on 30 September 2024 at the MBIP Auditorium.

In addition, the ceremony continued with a prize giving session to the winners for the competition :

- Safety Poster Coloring Competition for Category A (5-6 years), Category B (7-9 years), and Category C (10-12 years)

- ICT Security Digital Poster Competition 2024 under the Bridging the Digital Divide (BDD) Program in collaboration with Yayasan Penyayang Iskandar Puteri.

Not to be left out, appreciation was also given to the winners of the Jom Hijau Program (5 categories) who fostered environmental awareness.

With various attractive prizes and awards of appreciation like this, it is hoped that property owners will continue to be enthusiastic in paying their property taxes in the future.
