Jurisdiction and Functions of MBJ

MBJ's jurisdiction and functions cover all matters related to the terms of service and the organization's journey that are related to administration and focus more on the interests of employees in an organization except those that touch Government policy or individual matters. Solutions to all issues raised need to be decided jointly through discussion and sharing of ideas by all MBJ members.

In addition to aiming to overcome the problems faced by the employee group, it can also be used as a discussion forum between the Officers and the Employees. An active MBJ will indirectly instill the spirit of work among employees to serve with more dedication and productivity.

In addition to solving the resulting issues, MBJ members also play a role in contributing innovation ideas related to departmental governance to ensure continuous improvement in performance and productivity.
