NOTIFICATION RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CWMS)
The Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) through SWCorp has developed a Construction Waste Management System (CWMS) following the enforcement of the regulations below.
In accordance with the enforcement of the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning Regulations (PU. (A) 279/2018), starting January 1, 2020, every construction waste collector MUST use the Construction and Demolition Waste Management System (CWMS) system for record and monitoring purposes.
What is CWMS? This system helps the licensee to digitally record construction waste collection services. You can ensure that all activities at the construction site are law-abiding and easily monitored by the authorities.
