Enforcement Department
Background
Enforcement Division created in 1989 with a total of 6 people appointed as N11 Lower Enforcement Assistants . On January 2, 1995 the number of staff was gradually increased with the position of N17 Enforcement Assistant. Then in early January 2000, the Enforcement Division was improved with the supervision of N27 Assistant Enforcement Officers with a total of 30 members. Organizational restructuring of the Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council (MPJBT), the Enforcement Division was placed under the administration of the Management Services Department on 16 April 2008.
September 1, 2013, Enforcement Division was upgraded to the Enforcement Department and the change of position grade from N41,N32,N27,N17 were made to KP41,KP32,KP29,KP26,KP22 and KP19. On 22 November 2017 the Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council was declared as the Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP). And by the year 2023, the strength of the members increased to 194 members until today.
