One Stop Centre Unit
Background
The One Stop Center Unit (OSC) was created to ensure that the delivery system improvements can be implemented more efficiently and comprehensively in order to improve the efficiency of public services and stimulate the country's economic growth. The implementation of this One Stop Center is a new way to shorten the time period for land development approval as an alternative to speed up the land approval process and can directly improve the system of delivering procedures and the process of land development proposals at the PBT level towards providing comprehensive, fast and accurate services and meet the needs of the public.
This One Stop Center Unit will receive and process land development applications (Sections 124A and 204D KTN), while for the State of Johor is under Section 197(1) which is Surrender of Rewards (SBKS). In addition, the OSC's function is to process planning permission plans and building plans simultaneously, namely Planning Permission Plans, Construction Planning Permission Plans, Road Plans, Earthworks & Drainage, Street Lighting Plans (M&E) and Landscape Plans.
