Background
Information Technology Department has a very important and complex role in the Iskandar Puteri City Council. In order to ensure the achievement of high performance by the Council, Information Technology Department functions as a direction coordinator and ICT manager, covering System & Application matters, ICT Infrastructure matters and ICT Administration matters. The vision of Information Technology Department is to be a “digital service leader towards a smart, sustainable and prosperous city”, while its mission is “to empower the digital service delivery system in all aspects of management and services of the city"
