MBIP's PUSPANITA

The Association of Women and Members of the Malaysian Public Service, abbreviated as PUSPANITA, was officially launched on 1 March 1983 by the first Patron of PUSPANITA, Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Binti Haji Mohd Ali. In the early stages of its establishment, PUSPANITA went through various processes to complete it as an association that was registered and accepted by all parties, especially at the upper management and members levels.

The members of the protem Committee at that time have tried hard to form a constitution that contains details about the organization such as the vision, mission, purpose of establishment, membership and responsibilities of the Supreme Council (MT) and the Supreme Working Committee (JKT). In order to strengthen the position of the organization, the PUSPANITA Constitution has stipulated that the Prime Minister's wife will be the Patron, the Chief Secretary will be the Advisor and the Chief Secretary's wife will be the President of this association.

Another success that is very proud of is Rumah PUSPANITA in Jalan Hose, Kuala Lumpur and PUSPANITAPURI as a center of activity and a landmark of glory. PUSPANITA also has its own uniform as a symbol of the unification of members. Various programs and activities have been organized and implemented by PUSPANITA to achieve its vision and mission.
